Terms and payment
To make our collaboration efficient, all you need to do is follow these simple rules.
Quick checklist
Before your first appointment:
- Fill out and sign the Contract for Psychological Counseling Services, the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, and the personal data processing consent form.
Remember:
- Sessions must be paid in advance. Your appointment will be canceled if it is not paid at least 48 hours before its scheduled start time.
- Please be prepared for your session. The session will not be prolonged due to your being late.
- Sessions cannot be conducted via chat or phone.
- Before you pay, please contact me to agree on the time of your appointment.
Session format
Sessions are conducted online via video call. Make sure your Internet connection is stable and there are no distractions.
Please note that your room needs to be quiet and your face well lit.
Payment
Payments are made online with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through the secure servers of Stripe
